YTAA is committed to ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. YTAA Privacy Policy (“this Privacy Policy”) explains the collection and processing of your personal information, including the use of such information as well as other important matters related to your privacy and personal information. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of other entities or websites that YTAA does not own or control or to people and entities that YTAA does not employ or manage. By providing your personal data and continuing your user account with YTAA, you are deemed to have read and consented to the processing of your personal data in the manner prescribed here.

7.1 You may request to access or make a change to any personal information relating to you held in the database of the Website. You should update the personal information held by the Website whenever there is a change. A request to access and change the personal information shall be subject to the applicable laws and regulations.

7.3 You are required to provide sufficient information in your request for YTAA to sufficiently identify you. Such information may include, but is not limited to, your name, contact details, and your national identification number. Failure to sufficiently provide such information in allowing YTAA to identify may result in the refusal to your access and correction request.

8. RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA Your personal information collected and processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy may be retained by YTAA for a reasonable period as allowed under relevant and applicable laws and regulations.

9. CHANGES TO THE POLICY

9.1 YTAA reserves the right to amend or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be reflected on the Website.
