To bring you the best of our products and services, Yayasan Tengku Abdul Aziz provides one-to-one exchange. You can exchange or return items purchased on www.ytaacharity.org for a full refund within 7 calendar days after receiving the item.

However, you are responsible for the shipping charges incurred both on your original order as well as the return shipping charges.

If the item has been opened or used, restrictions may apply. Please ensure that the returned item is repackaged with return documentation that was included when you received it.

The wrong shipping address is not counted in refund policy. If you believe the item you have received is defective, please contact us by email immediately.
