Case Background

“Helping Malaysian Families Rebuild With Dignity and Hope.” Malaysia faces recurring floods every year, affecting tens of thousands of families, destroying homes, disrupting livelihoods, and putting vulnerable communities at severe risk. In moments like these, swift and coordinated assistance is critical — and Yayasan Tengku Abdul Aziz (YTAA) is committed to responding with urgency, compassion, and responsibility. As a government-certified charity foundation, YTAA is officially authorised to collect, manage, and distribute public donations for emergency relief efforts. This ensures that every contribution is channelled directly to flood victims who need immediate support. With unpredictable weather patterns, heavy rainfall, and rising flood cases across Malaysia, countless families suddenly find themselves displaced, stranded, or without basic necessities. Many are left with: No food or clean water Damaged or lost household items Unsafe living conditions Interrupted income Limited access to medical care Flood disasters do not only destroy property — they disrupt lives, education, safety, and stability. YTAA exists to fill that gap quickly and effectively. Our Emergency Flood Relief mission focuses on delivering critical aid such as: Immediate Assistance Food packs and drinking water Ready-to-eat meals Hygiene kits (sabun, tuala wanita, lampin bayi) Basic medicine & first aid Blankets, clothing & sleeping mats Shelter & Recovery Support for temporary shelter Household replacement items Cleanup assistance School essentials for affected children Special Care Support for elderly and OKU Baby formula, diapers & mother-care kits Medical transport assistance Long-Term Support (As Needed) Home repair aid Rebuilding projects Community facility restoration
